For this article, I talked with herb grower and owner of Moon Creek Farm, an organic operation outside of Greensboro city, as well as a local florist to present information on the various uses of herbs and how to grow herbs indoors. I also feature several herbs, listing their nutritional value or medicinal properties, together with recipes for culinary and cosmetic uses. The aim of the article was to encourage readers to think about the ways in which aesthetic elements of the home can also double as therapy and food sources.
