The University of North Carolina-Greensboro has a nationally recognized and award-winning online education program offering Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Liberal studies. As a curriculum specialist with the Online Development team, I had the opportunity to assist in the creation of some of the most innovative online courses in higher learning including a survey of Hip-hop music and an Economics course video game. My duties in course development included:

• working closely with professors to adapt their face-to-face courses to the online environment, including brainstorming ideas for creative interactive learning exercises;
  
• playing an active role in online team production by organizing video shoots, developing storyboards for interactive games and learning tools, and archiving images and other visuals;
  
• substantive editing of full courses and uploading of course content, including images to the Web
• providing basic technical support to students and teachers before, during, and after course offerings.
